(1) High positioning accuracy

Therefore, when the load platform is moving, there will be no slipping, and a high positioning accuracy can be achieved.

Traditional sliding guide rails will inevitably cause poor platform movement due to oil film countercurrent, and insufficient lubrication during movement will cause wear on the contact surface of the running track, thereby affecting accuracy. The wear of the rolling guide is very small, so the equipment can maintain high precision for a long time.

(3) Suitable for high-speed movement and greatly reduce the driving power required by the equipment

Because the friction force when the linear guide moves is very small, only a small amount of force is needed to make the load platform move, especially when the equipment working mode is regular reciprocating motion, it can significantly reduce the power loss of the equipment. And because the heat generated by friction is small, it is suitable for high-speed movement.

(4) Easy to assemble and interchangeable

When assembling, it only needs to mill or grind the mounting surface of the guide rail on the machine tool, and fix the guide rail and the sliding block on the machine tool with specific torque according to the steps, which can reproduce the high precision during processing. Sliding the guide rail takes a lot of time, and when the precision of the guide rail is poor, it is necessary to reproduce flowers. Linear guides are interchangeable,

The guide rails or sliding blocks or even the linear guide rail groups can be replaced separately, and the equipment can obtain high-precision guidance from the beginning.

(5) Simple lubrication structure

Insufficient lubrication of the sliding guide rail will cause direct friction and damage to the machine tool on the contact surface metal. However, it is not easy for the sliding guide rail to be sufficiently lubricated. It is necessary to drill holes in the appropriate position of the machine tool for oil. The linear guide has been equipped with a grease nipple on the slider, which can be directly injected into the grease with an oil injector, or can be replaced with a special oil pipe joint to connect the oil supply pipe for lubrication by an automatic oil supply machine.
